This in connection after the ACB on January 17, arrested three court warrant execution constables of Chaitanyapuri who were demanding and threatening the accused S Venkatramana stating they would recall an NBW pending against him, if he paid them a bribe, police sources disclosed.The accused constables Prasad Babu, Mallesham and M. Narender along with four civilians were arrested by the ACB after Venkatramana lodged a complaint with ACB.The charges against Nagarjuna are that he did not notice this commotion going on in his police station for years.The detective inspector (DI) of Chaitanyapuri police station P Nagaraj Goud is the incharge SHO.
