Hyderabad: Students from Veritas Sainik School won five gold, seven silver and a bronze medal at the Telangana State Speed Skating Championship held at Kara Skate Academy here.Their success earned them a place in the National Speed Skating Championship, which will be held in Madurai from January 31 to February 2. The national event will bring together top skaters from across the country.Organised by the Telangana State Speed Skating Association, the event showcased impressive performances, including inspiring efforts by children with special needs.
