The BJP is leaving no stone unturned to woo back the Dalits to its fold. In its manifesto, the party promised a full scholarship to OBC/SC students studying medicine and engineering at any government college in India. The Congress promise, on the other hand, includes conducting a caste survey and increasing the OBC creamy layer.
