Tennis legend Leander Paes on Friday met Trinamool Congress (TMC) chief and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and joined the party.
The party on Twitter officially announced the news.
Paes is one of the Indian greats of the Tennis sport, having won the singles Olympic medal, 18-time Grand Slam Champion and seven Time Olympian.
