Hyderabad: An unknown man attempted to rape a mentally-deranged woman at Narayanakhed of Sangareddy district. Days after the incident took place, locals lodged a complaint with police seeking action against the accused.Based on the complaint, police registered a case against the miscreant. The police also retrieved the CCTV footage of the offence and found that the incident was recorded by CCTVs.Based on footage, police started verifying the miscreant. It was also reported that the accused allegedly indulged in similar incidents in the past.
