Luigi Nicholas Mangione, suspect in the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, contested his extradition back to New York at a court hearing Tuesday. Manhattan prosecutors have charged him with murder and obtained an arrest warrant, a step that could help expedite his extradition from Pennsylvania.Mangione is being held without bail in Pennsylvania on charges of possession of an unlicensed firearm, forgery and providing false identification to police.
