Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court on Tuesday has allowed the Writ petition filed by Department for Personnel Training (DoPT) seeking suspension of Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) Hyderabad bench order, allocating Somesh Kumar IAS to Telangana in 2016.
The High Court has quashed the CAT order dated March 29, 2016 allotting Somesh Kumar IAS to Telangana.
The counsel for Somesh Kumar has made a request to keep today’s order in abeyance for a couple of days so that an appeal can be preferred.
The Division Bench comprising of Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan and Justice Nanda pronounced the order.
