The Supreme Court on Friday granted interim bail to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the case registered by the Enforcement Directorate concerning the liquor policy.The Court also referred Kejriwal’s petition challenging the ED’s arrest to a larger bench.A bench comprising Justices Sanjiv Khanna and Dipankar Datta referred Kejriwal’s petition to a larger bench to consider whether the requirement or necessity of arrest should be interpreted as a precondition under Section 19 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.Further details are awaited.
