Savannah Chrisley, 26, honored her late ex-fiance Nic Kerdiles one month after his shocking death on Tuesday. The reality star took to her Instagram story to share photos and video of her former love, who died at the age of 29 after a motorcycle accident, along with heartbreaking messages that reflected how sad she’s been since his passing. “Can’t believe it’s been exactly 1 month since we lost you…” she wrote alongside a snapshot of Nic smiling while sitting at a table after a meal.
She also shared a photo of her 10-year-old niece Chloe sitting on Nic’s shoulders. “Today we bought ham and cheese croissants and Chloe goes: ‘I only like these because Nic would always order these,’” she captioned it.

Savannah topped her tribute posts off with a sweet and funny video of Nic as he was doing laundry. “I know you’re looking down and laughing right about now. We all miss you,” she wrote in the caption. She also added the hashtag, “#IFICOULDGOTOHEAVENFORADAY.”
Savannah’s latest posts about Nic come after she admitted it’s been “hard” to handle his death as well as her parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley‘s prison sentences. “So mom and dad, obviously, under the circumstances you can only be doing so well. It’s a challenge,” she told HollywoodLife EXCLUSIVELY. “It’s hard as their daughter sitting and watching it, seeing just how they’re treated, and the things that are happening. It’s also sad to see how we have as a society kind of just turned our backs on people as a whole, and we’re so quick to throw people away.”

Savannah currently has custody of her younger brother Grayson Chrisley and her niece Chloe as Todd and Julie continue to serve their sentences for their convictions of federal fraud charges. After Nic died in September, it was another challenge she had to endure.
“I luckily have always functioned best in high-intensity environments. I can handle a lot, but there are days where it gets hard,” she continued. “And it’s like, okay, am I ever going to catch a break? It just seems like the blows keep coming. But luckily, I’ve surrounded myself with amazing friends that have been there for me and have helped me with Chloe and Grayson. That’s what life’s all about, you know? People say family, family, family, but family doesn’t have to be just family. It doesn’t have to be blood. Family can be once you make it, and the friends I’ve surrounded myself with have just been a complete game changer.”
