Vijayawada: NTR district collector Dr G. Lakshmisha announced that the Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS) programme would be held on Monday, April 21, at Pingali Venkayya Conference Hall located in the collectorate. This initiative aims to address public concerns by allowing residents to submit complaints, which will then be addressed by relevant officials from the collectorate, as well as from divisions, municipalities, and mandal centres.The collector the programme would also be held at division, mandal and municipal offices. People were urged to utilize the programme to file their complaints. Addtionally, Vijayawada Municipal Corporation commissioner H.M. Dhyanchandra said that the PGRS would continue this Monday at the main office and zonal offices from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm for submission of complaints in the jurisdiction of the VMC.
