Hyderabad: To enhance language and communication skills, the Centre for English Language Training (CELT) at Osmania University on Saturday announced the launch of an offline certificate course starting January 24. Meant for language skills, communication skills and personality development to professionals, students, job seekers and housewives, the last date for registration has been extended to January 23, for the evening batch that runs from 5.30 pm to 7 pm.
