Hyderabad: One person injured in an accident that took place at Shamshabad on Tuesday morning. According to available information, the person travelling in the car was heading towards Tondupally when a truck, allegedly being driven in a rash and negligent manner, hit the car from behind. As a result, the car went forward and hit the median, leading to the person inside getting injured. It is also known that both the car and the truck suffered major damage and the driver of the truck was trapped inside for hours together. On noticing it, a motorist came to their rescue and dialed 100 to inform the police. The police reached the spot and shifted the injured to a hospital in the city. A case has been registered and further investigation is underway. More details awaited.
