Former President Barack Obama and “Late Show” host Stephen Colbert are among 500 Americans banned from entering Russia by a new round of sanctions.Also on the list are freshman Republican Sens. Katie Britt of Alabama, Eric Schmitt of Missouri and J.D. The financial penalties have been primarily focused on sanctions evaders connected to technology procurement for the Kremlin.
