Karimnagar: Following complaints that gamblers have made agricultural fields their den for playing cards in Rajanna Sircilla district, Mustabad police dressed as farm labourers on Sunday and conducted raids.The gamblers were not disturbed much and continued playing cards when they saw the farm labourers in the distance. But when they realised that they were being surrounded, the gamblers tried to escape. However, police moved quickly and nabbed the seven gamblers, apart from seizing cash, cards, and mobile phones from their possession. Mustabad police have registered a case against the seven and are investigating.
