The 30-share BSE Sensex climbed 171.91 points or 0.22 per cent to open at 75,473.17, and Nifty also gained 40.65 points to trade at 22,874.95. The Sensex closed at 75,301.26 and Nifty 50 at 22,834.30 in the last trading session on Tuesday.
