AAP leader Manish Sisodia was released from Delhi’s Tihar Jail on Friday evening, shortly after the Supreme Court granted bail to the former Deputy Chief Minister in the alleged liquor policy scam. The top court, in its remarks, called Sisodia’s nearly 18-month incarceration a “travesty of justice.” Sisodia had been arrested by the CBI in February of the previous year.
