Hyderabad: The Central Crime Station (CCS) sleuths of Hyderabad City police arrested an air-conditioner technician Syed Affan for illegally procuring Mefhentermine injection vials. As many as 150 Mefhentermine sulphate injection vials were recovered from the possession of the 22-year-old Affan. The police said due to administration of Mefhentermine sulphate injection, people will experience side effects such as systemic hypertension and anxiety. Generally, the people who do workouts in the gym, will use the drug for instant growth of muscles and sometimes lead to serious health complications. By using it, there will also be a chance of intoxication which may lead the public to commit crimes. The drug is not advised to take without proper medical prescription as it has side effects. After an enquiry, the police handed over the arrested person along with 150 vials to Mehdipatnam Zone drug Inspector of Drugs Control Administration for necessary action.
