Hyderabad: The Ghatkesar police arrested a man for misbehaving with his four-and-a-half-year-old niece, based on a complaint by her mother. The 20-year-old accused is unemployed. The victim was playing with the kids in the vicinity when neighbours noticed the man misbehaving with the minor girl. They took it to the notice of the girl’s mother.
