Pune: The Japanese luxury carmaker Lexus India has posted a strong 19 per cent year-on-year growth rate in the financial year 2024-25 as compared to FY24.Its first quarter of 2025 also saw continued momentum, clocking a 17 per cent rise in sales compared to first quarter 2024.The popular Lexus NX led the charge as the brand’s best-selling model during the period, while the Lexus LM continued to attract high demand in the luxury mobility space.Lexus, the luxury car brand of Toyota Motors, however, did not release the numbers.The company said it also achieved its highest-ever monthly sales in March 2025, marking a significant 61 per cent growth over the same month last year.The surge was driven by strong demand for the Lexus NX, which recorded remarkable growth, while the Lexus RX continued to perform steadily.Together, the NX and RX models saw a combined 63 per cent rise in sales compared to March 2024. The Lexus LM also sustained its strong momentum, and the recently opened bookings for the Lexus LX received an encouraging response, indicating robust customer interest across Lexus’ premium SUV range.”We are deeply grateful to our guests for their unwavering trust and enthusiasm for Lexus vehicles in India,” said Hikaru Ikeuchi, President of Lexus India.The brand remains dedicated to redefining luxury mobility, embracing sustainability, and exceeding guest expectations, he noted.Lexus India has also introduced a flexible and unique Lexus Luxury Care service package which includes comfort, relax and premiere options that are available in 3 years / 60,000 km or 5 years / 100,000 km or 8 years / 160,000 km.
