Hyderabad: Former minister and BRS working president KT Rama Rao filed a lunch motion petition in the High Court to allow his counsel during ACB questioning. The court accepted the lunch motion petition.KTR was summoned by the ACB for questioning in a case related to alleged irregularities concerning the conduct of the Formula E race in Hyderabad in 2023. The ACB had asked KTR to appear before the body at its Hyderabad office on January 9. The summons was issued after KTR skipped questioning by the anti-corruption body, having been denied permission to have his lawyer present during the inquiry.
