Hyderabad: Prohibition and excise minister Jupalli Krishna Rao promised to address the problems faced by employees of the department with regard to promotions and transfers, among others.Krishna Rao acknowledged that the concerns were valid and assured he would work on resolving them. He promised to meet with the employees associations soon to discuss the issues in detail, while launching a diary issued by the Excise Department Gazetted Officers Association here.The minister encouraged officials to improve their work by creating a Standard operating procedure (SOP) and setting clear goals. He stressed that employees should do their jobs with commitment, follow a proper plan, and manage time well.Krishna Rao also mentioned that managing family duties, particularly focusing on children’s education, was equally important.The event was attended by senior excise officials Syed Ali Murtaza Rizvi, Chevuru Harikiran, V.B. Kamalasan Reddy, Ajay Rao, Qureshi, K.A.B. Shastri, and Suresh.
