Pronouncing the sentence, the judge narrated the heartrending and gory incident in the form of a moving poem in Hindi that read, “I was a playful, dancing six-year-old angel and darling of my mom and papa. I had no inkling that he would take me away when I was sleeping, like the shadow of death. When I woke up from sleep, I felt very lonely and scared. I don’t know what he did with me. My age was to play with toys, but he played with my body like a toy. I was shrieking, but no one could hear my cries. He was also the father of three children, still why he chose to separate me from my people. Yes, I am another Nirvaya. Will I get the justice that was given to Nirvaya?”
