Hyderabad: HYDRAA commissioner A.V. Ranganath told him, “don’t overact and speak with half knowledge.”Mukheem argued saying “You violated all the rules by being here. How can you come here when the title is under dispute at the Supreme Court,” to which Ranganath asked him “not to act smart and threaten people.”Mukheem alleged that the land was registered in his name in 1986.
