Hyderabad: At some gated communities, the Sri Rama Navami will not conclude on Sunday. Brigade Citadel in Motinagar will hold a five-day celebration while it will be for two days at Aparna Towers in Kondapur.“We are celebrating Sri Rama Navami for two days. Tomorrow (Monday), chanting of Vishnu Sahasranamam will be done in addition to pujas and holding cultural events,” said Dr Sai Ravi Shankar, president of Federation of Gated Communities, Cyberabad.While the celestial wedding was the main event in the societies, cultural programmes took centrestage later. Women at Aparna Sarovar in Nallagandla performed Kolattam.“We prepared food for each and everyone in the society,” said A. Narsimhan from Gold View Apartments at Nanakramguda.
