FRANKFURT: Frankfurt airport said Wednesday it has stopped almost all arriving planes from landing, after German airline Lufthansa was forced to cancel dozens of flights over an IT problem.
“Due to a low availability of positions for aircraft, no landings took place at Frankfurt airport” for some time on Wednesday morning, said Fraport, adding that “sporadic landings are currently taking place again”.
