HYDERABAD: The Congress appealed to all the people of Hyderabad to join party leader Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra, which will enter the city on Tuesday. The party urged everyone to walk along with Gandhi for at least one hour from Charminar.
In an open letter to the “people of Telangana,” the party said, “The TRS rule has been restricted to a farmhouse for eight years. The TRS supports the BJP’s anarchy. The TRS supports Centre’s black farm laws. There is destruction of democratic institutions.
“Rahul Gandhi is one person who has stepped forward for sake of India. Questioning the plight of the nation… breaking shackles of subjugation… unifying length and breadth of the country, Rahul Gandhi is entering the historic city of Hyderabad on November 1. Hope you will join us regardless of your political leanings… believing you will unite hands with Rahul for mother India,” the party said.
