Nellore: The newly formed council of CII IWN’s AP chapter elected its office-bearers for the year 2025-26. Chandini Chandana, co-founder, Avera AI Mobility, was elected as the chairwoman of CII IWN AP chapter for 2025-26. Chandini Chandana, an MBA graduate, is the co-founder of AVERA AI Mobility. AVERA, the first electric scooter manufacturer in Andhra Pradesh, focuses on sustainable energy solutions to reduce pollutant emissions from vehicles. Dr Usha Pantula takes over as vice chairwoman for 2025-26. Dr Usha Pantula, a freelance training consultant based in Visakhapatnam, holds a Ph.D in human resource management from Andhra University. With nearly two decades of corporate training experience, she specialises in life skills and prevention of sexual harassment (PoSH) training. Coinciding with the annual meeting, CII IWN Andhra Pradesh Chapter also organised a session on power of collaboration, accelerating progress together. N. Mourya, IAS, commissioner, municipal corporation of Tirupati & vice chairperson, TUDA, Tirupati district, advocated the need to promote gender equality across all job roles, with a strong emphasis on upskilling to drive robust economic growth and inclusivity. Murali Krishna Gannamani, chairman, CII Andhra Pradesh & founder & CEO, Fluentgrid Ltd, inspired attendees by endorsing Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu’s visionary goal of nurturing at least one entrepreneur in every family to ignite economic prosperity from an industrial perspective. Dr Ramadevi Gourineni, chairwoman, CII IWN Andhra Pradesh & managing director, Amara Hospital, enriched the dialogue with profound insights on leveraging collaboration and groundbreaking innovation in the healthcare sector to enhance the quality of life.
