Hyderabad: A trough in Vidharbha coupled with developing convection in the Bay of Bengal is triggering widespread moderate rainfall across Telangana today. While no severe rain is expected, moderate to heavy storms are forecasted in specific regions, according to Telangana weatherman.In Hyderabad, scattered storms are likely from this afternoon into the night, with light to moderate rains expected this morning. Northern parts of the city, including Kukatpally, Nizampet, Miyapur, Qutbullapur, Lingampally, Alwal, Kondapur, Madhapur, Malkajgiri, Ameerpet, Gachibowli, and Secunderabad, are set to experience moderate rainfall.
