Hyderabad: The Adilabad police paid tributes to a sniffer dog Tara, who is an expert in searching for explosives, died on Thursday. After joining the police department in 2013, the dog assisted the police to search for explosives during the visit of VIPs to the district and other public places. After paying tributes, Adilabad Superintendent of Police Akhil Mahajan asked the dog handlers and trainers to ensure proper safety measures in the wake of rising day temperatures in the district.
