Hyderabad: The Bridge Group said on Friday that it had launched its luxury residential project, Bridge Epsilon Villas, at Tukkuguda, on the outskirts of Hyderabad. The project, inspired by Greek architecture, was unveiled by film directors Sukumar and Vamsi Paidipally.According to a release, the project is located five minutes from ORR Exit 14 on Lemoor Road. The 20-acre project comprises east-facing 4BHK and 5BHK villas. The project features architectural elements such as white facades, blue accents, and classical columns, reflecting Greek design influences.Speaking at the event, Ujwal Rao, director of Bridge Group, said the aim was to deliver a luxury experience inspired by Greece, blended with engineering precision and functionality.“We have sourced the finest materials and adopted sustainable practices to ensure long-term quality,” said Vikram, Director of Bridge Group.The USP of the project was its podium parking system, which the company claimed was the first in Hyderabad. This design removes traffic from internal roads, offering a vehicle-free zone at ground level.The project includes 1.39 lakh sq. ft. of amenities, theme-based landscaping, and water features. The project is now open for bookings.
