Vijayawada: In a significant relief for victims of the Sai Sadhana Chit Fund scam, AP home minister Vangalapudi Anita has assured that justice will be done to those who put their money in the company.The assurance came when Narasaraopet MLA Dr. Chadalavada Aravind Babu led a delegation of the Sai Sadhana victims and submitted a memorandum to the home minister at the latter’s camp office in Vijayawada.According to the MLA, due to the fraudulent activities of the chit fund company, the victims have suffered losses amounting to approximately Rs 200 crore. Dr. Aravind Babu underlined that the majority of the affected people are from the impoverished and middle-class segments of society.The MLA urged the home minister to ensure that the victims receive justice.Anita disclosed that a special investigation team (SIT) has already been constituted to investigate the case. She pointed out that one of the accused had already been arrested. She underlined that she is committed to ensuring justice for all the victims of the chit-fund company.
