Hyderabad: TPCC senior leader V Hanumantha Rao on Monday lodged a complaint with the Amberpet police seeking action against Union home minister Amit Shah and RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat for allegedly making derogatory remarks on Dr B.R. Ambedkar.In his complaint, Hanumantha Rao alleged that Amit Shah had insulted Dr Ambedkar in Parliament. RSS chief Bhagwat had insulted Dr Ambedkar by stating that India had achieved independence after the consecration of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir.”The Odisha police have registered fake and illegal cases against Rahul Gandhi. When Amit Shah and Mohan Bagwat made such objectionable comments, why did the police fail to register a cases,” Hanumantha Rao asked. He said if the police failed to lodge a complaint, he would organise protests in front of police stations by lodging a number of complaints and take the issue to the notice of Chief Minister A.
