Khammam: Revenue minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy on Saturday accused BRS MLAs of creating disruptions in the Legislative Assembly to avoid exposure of alleged irregularities and corruption that the proposed new Land Administration Act could uncover.Speaking at the foundation stone-laying ceremony for an Indiramma Model House in Kalluru, he criticised the previous BRS government for failing to process 9.24 lakh farmer applications for sada binama land regularisation. He stated that the new Act, with its land tribunal system, aims to resolve disputes effectively. He also targeted Opposition leader K. Chandrashekar Rao for skipping Assembly sessions and BRS MLAs for tearing copies of Bills and disrupting proceedings.
