Belagavi: A grand 20×10 feet oil painting of the historic Anubhava Mantapa, regarded as the World’s First Parliament, will be unveiled at the Suvarna Soudha in Belagavi on December 9. The ceremony marks the beginning of the Winter Session of the Karnataka Assembly.Karnataka Assembly Speaker UT Khader will lead the event, which will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.
