Hyderabad: GHMC food safety officials found serious violations of hygiene, sanitation, and maintenance of records at Sky Food Products, a confectionery manufacturer in Rajendernagar on Friday.The inspection revealed various defects including poor maintenance, inadequate hygiene practices, and the presence of food items with labelling violations. The authorities seized 950 kilograms of cocoa powder and 75 kilograms of coloured sugar-coated fennel seeds. Samples of these products have been collected for laboratory analysis. The GHMC has issued a show-cause notice to the management.
