Hyderabad Got Rs 10k Crore in Budget: Sridhar Babu

Hyderabad: IT minister D. Sridhar Babu said the Congress government was implementing the Six Guarantees given to the people at the time of Assembly polls and Rs 10,000 crore was allocated in the state Budget for the development of Hyderabad. Sridhar Babu, along with BJP Malkajgiri MP Etala Rajendar and Boduppal Mayor Ajay Yadav, visited several areas in Boduppal municipality and inaugurated developmental works worth Rs 7 crore in different divisions.Stating that the Congress believed in deeds and not in words, Sridhar Babu said that he would take the two main issues of Boduppal —land of poor the claimed by the Waqf Board and SC land regularisation— to the notice of the government. “The government will take legal opinions and find solutions for these issues. The government will also address the problems of poor people living on the banks of Musi,” he said.
