3 IPS officers named in Mumbai actress case

The Andhra Pradesh police have named three senior IPS officers as accused in the remand report of Kukkala Vidyasagar, the main accused in the case involving the arrest of Mumbai actress Kadambari Jethwani. The police submitted the remand report to a city court, mentioning the names of PSR Anjaneyulu, Kanthi Rana Tata, and Vishal Gunni.When Kukkala Vidyasagar, who had been on the run, was produced before the court, he was remanded to judicial custody until October 4. Vidyasagar was arrested by the police in Dehradun and brought to Ibrahimpatnam police station on Sunday night. He was then taken to a government hospital for a medical examination before being presented to the magistrate, who remanded him to judicial custody.
