Former PCC chief D.Srinivas passes away, CM Revanth condoles death

NIZAMABAD: Former Pradesh Congress committee president D.Srinivas, 76, passed away on Saturday morning in Hyderabad. He has been suffering from health problems since last few months, He served as united APCC president for two terms. He also served as minister in Marri Chenna Reddy, Nedurumilli Janardhan Reddy, Kotla VijayBhaskar Reddy and YS Rajasekhar Reddy cabinets. Srinivas got elected as MLA for three terms and MLC once. After joining BRS party he was elected as Rajya Sabha member. His elder son Sanjay was Nizamabad mayor and younger son Arvind Dharmapuri is BJP MP from Nizamabad. Last rites will be conducted on Sunday in Nizamabad. Revanth Reddy condoles deathChief Minister Revanth Reddy has condoled the death of Dharmapuri Srinivas.”It is recalled that DS served as the president of PCC in the united state. He has rendered distinguished services to the Congress party for a long time. The death of former PCC president Narsa Reddy is a huge loss for the Congress party,” said Revanth Reddy.
