Bhujanga Rao, Tirupatanna and G. Praneeth Rao filed petitions seeking bail stating that although they were in remand for 90 days, the investigation officer had failed to file a charge sheet before the court, which makes them eligible for bail. However, the public prosecutor argued that they had filed the charge sheet in a proper way and the investigation officer made corrections after the court raised doubts.
