HYDERABAD: The Telangana High Court on Thursday allowed to continue BJP party Praja Sangrama Yatra by ordering interim suspension over the Notification issued by the Wardhannapet Police.
The court said that the police notice to stop the Yatra is only on mere apprehension as that there would be untoward incidents. It is nothing but violations of Article 19 of the Indian Constitution.
