18 Stolen Bikes Seized from Person in Warangal

Warangal: Police arrested a person and recovered 18 stolen motorcycles from his possession. According to Kazipet Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Thirumal, officers were conducting a search when they detained a person attempting to flee upon noticing the operation. Upon questioning, the suspect, who lacked documentation for the motorcycle he was using, was identified as Guguloth Chandulal, 24, a resident of Fatehpur village in Chilpur mandal, Jangaon district, currently residing in Gopalpur, Hanumakonda.Chandulal, who does not possess a driver’s license, had been working for food delivery and ride-hailing services, using his friend’s login credentials. Dissatisfied with his earnings, he resorted to stealing motorcycles to make quick money. Chandulal planned to steal two-wheelers from crowded areas and sell them for profit. He stole seven motorcycles within Hanumakonda police station limits, three from Hasanparthy, and one from KUC limits. Additionally, he stole four motorcycles from Uppal under the Rachakonda Commissionerate, two from Bhuvanagiri, and one from Hyderabad, totaling 18 stolen vehicles.Based on information provided by Chandulal, police seized the stolen motorcycles from his residence, where he had stored them for future sale. The investigation is ongoing.
